Doubling employees' giving power.

Quad/Graphics employees have the opportunity at holiday time each year to double their charitable-giving power through Quad/Graphics’ Community Fund. Through the fund, employees’ donations are matched dollar-for-dollar by the company and disbursed to the non-profit organization of his/her choice.

Since its founding in 1982, the Community Fund has raised millions of dollars to help fight disease, further medical research, stock food pantries, support services at senior centers, supplement literacy and educational programs, fund disaster relief and much, much more.

If employees do not designate a specific recipient for their donations, the money is funneled into a general fund and is distributed on a people-to-people basis in neighboring communities. These funds are disseminated through pastoral teams and single-service agencies that have direct contact with people in need. Decisions as to how funds are spent rest with the pastoral teams and agencies, not with Quad/Graphics. We believe that decision-making should be pushed to the level closest to where help is provided. In return, we ask that recipients write a brief letter to inform us how the gifts have helped people in the community.
