ENVIRONMENTAL RFP QUESTIONS

Quad/Graphics has prepared these questions that should be included as part of your request for proposal (RFP) to suppliers - especially printers. The questions are based on our decades of sustainability experience.



COMPANY is committed to environmental responsibility. In turn, it is incumbent upon COMPANY to measure and assess the environmental impact of any goods and services provided by third parties to sustain its operations. This questionnaire will provide COMPANY with valuable information about its supply base and enable COMPANY to include environmental impact and sustainability in its evaluation process. We appreciate your support in this endeavor.

COMPANY will deem these responses confidential and will use only for the benefit of this RFP. If you so choose, you can inform COMPANY that this information need not be treated as confidential.

  1. Ensure you answer all applicable questions.
  2. Answer all questions on behalf of your entire organization, including the environmental impact of your own company premises and employees.
  3. Provide any additional comments or information in the appropriate field.
