A: With the closing of our acquisition of Worldcolor on July 2, 2010, Quad/Graphics is now the
second-largest printer in the Western Hemisphere. Today we serve the magazine, catalog,
book, special interest publication, direct marketing, directory, retail insert and commercial
products markets from facilities across the U.S., Canada, Latin America and Europe. Annual sales
are approximately $4.8 billion.
