2.0 Overall Roll Specs.
Any MAN paper received under 48" diameter will be subject to a 3% surcharge for allowable run waste and a 10% press slowdown charge. For all other presses, rolls received under 45" diameter will be subject to a 2% surcharge for allowable run waste and a 10% press slowdown charge.

4.1 Loading & Shipping
All paper is to be delivered to the plant via rail cars. Truck deliveries will only be accepted in situations where expedited delivery is needed to meet press dates. All truck deliveries must be pre-approved in advance. Additional handling and labor costs will be incurred for unapproved truckload deliveries.
