Directions
From Interstate 81 North or South in Martinsburg, take exit 12 for WV Route 45 to WV Route 9/Winchester Avenue/Charles Town Road. Follow WV Route 45 east to the split with WV Route 9 east. Follow Route 9 east almost three miles to the exit for County Route 9-17/Opequon Lane/Baker Heights. Turn left onto the Opequon Connector. Turn right onto WV Route 115 (Charles Town Road). Turn left onto Baker Road and follow it east for about one mile. The plant is on the left.
