Directions
I-75 North to Bay City, Michigan. US 10 West to Midland. Business 10 West to Waldo Road Exit. Left off ramp, left at light, under the overpass, right at next light which is James Savage Road. The plant is 3/4 of a mile down on the right hand side of the road. All paper is received on the west side of building. Drive past the building to a single driveway and dock.

Manifest Information
Manifests to be electronic or an Advance Shipment Notice. Send transmission in advance to our CDC mailbox. This procedure is in effect for all paper shipping to Midland.

Delivery
Ship all rolls on end, not in rolling position. Tailgate opening must be at least 100" in height. Dispatch to call for dock appointment at least 24 hours in advance of delivery. Telephone number is 1-800-448-4288, extension 145.

Stencil information to include owner of paper and purchase order number. Stencil information to appear on manifest, bill of lading and all roll labels.

Supplier must attempt to deliver to dock at least two days prior to scheduled press date. Supplier should also attempt to deliver to dock no sooner than 7-10 days prior to scheduled press date. Storage charges will be added monthly to all invoices for all paper in excess of 60 days. Please refer to contract. Failure to meet these specifications may result in additional charges.
