Q: What is Lean You!?
A: Lean You! is Quad/Graphics' annual health and wellness incentive program designed to help eligible full-time
employees and their spouses become more health-conscious by cultivating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Participants who meet certain Lean You! criteria are eligible to win one of three levels of achievement awards:
$50, $175 or $400 per participant!
Q: How do I know if I qualify to participate?
A: Full-time Quad/Graphics employees and the spouses of full-time employees are eligible to participate.
Eligible employees and their spouses may enroll at any time during the year, though the earlier in the year you enroll,
the more time you have throughout the year to meet the criteria that can earn you a year-end award.
Q: What are the details of the Lean You! program?
A: Lean You! rewards you for meeting certain criteria, including being active, being tobacco-free, maintaining a
normal weight and having normal levels of blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol as well as having any
age/gender screenings recommended by your medical provider. To learn more about Lean You! for 2010,
