DECEMBER 14	Quad Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 20% and Declares Special Dividend of $2 Per Share Quad/Graphics today announced that its board of directors approved an increase to its 2013 quarterly cash dividend by 20% to $0.30 per share from $0.25 per share. In addition, the board of directors also declared a special dividend of $2 per share.
DECEMBER 6	Quad/Graphics Receives Court Approval to Acquire Vertis Quad/Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: QUAD) ("Quad/Graphics") and Vertis Holdings, Inc. ("Vertis") jointly announced today that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court has approved the companies' proposed sale agreement, clearing the way for the sale to close. The companies are in the final stages of integration planning and expect to close the transaction in January.
