Quad Advertising Resource Management
Quad Advertising Resource Management (QuadARM) processes ads in a fully digital production environment for advertising and marketing agencies, engravers and publishers. QuadARM prepares print-ready digital files and manages and archives files for repurposing. Advertisers and agencies submit materials directly to QuadARM, removing at least one day from workflows and eliminating double-entry for logging-in and tracking ad materials.
- Processing and ad distribution – QuadArm offers expert preparation of ad files to the file type you need, and we will distribute final files and proof materials to any location, even to multiple printers.
- Preflight – We check ad files for errors and notify you of any issues.
- Proofing – QuadArm provides content proofs for inspection and approval, including Digital Reader PDFs.
- Publisher access – Publishers have 24x7 access to their database of archived high-res ads and images via the Internet.
- Ad archiving – We will archive your ads for future pickup and re-use with quick and easy retrieval.
The QuadARM Web site lists publishers’ ad specifications and makes them available at no charge to any advertising agency or engraver. No password is necessary to gain access to ad specifications. The Web site provides a convenient way for publishers to clearly communicate ad specs and file expectations 24x7. Many publishers have ad specs listed on QuadARM.com. Publishers do not need to print with Quad/Graphics to list their ad specs on QuadARM.com.
