FSI Studio is Quad/Graphics’ cost-effective, automated service for producing multi-version, cross-channel retail advertising. FSI Studio is a hosted solution so users do not have to make a capital investment to buy and maintain software. Clients partner with us to automate the planning, creation and production of ad circulars, inserts and other promotional materials.

• Data from the client’s business (ERP) system is imported via Excel.
• Automated Page Building — Analyzes pricing and product information in the data provided and uses the correct creative pieces to build the promotion.
• Variable layout — Make layout changes to promotional materials at any step in the process through the Web-accessible Whiteboard tool.
• Image composition — Using visual modeling tools, images can be automatically composed in any configuration.
• Dynamic Creative Models — Unlike template-driven systems, scaling parameters can be applied to creative pieces so they can grow to fill space allotments.
• Data Synchronization — After pages are built, any changes in the data (copy, pricing, layout changes, etc.) in the database are automatically updated to the pages.
• Process management — SmartCreate integration provides automated PDF page file creation and transmission, with annotation capability.
