In summer 2010, Quad/Graphics is introducing an application for the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch that will be sold via the
online Apple App Store. Publishers and catalogers can offer the apps for free or set their own prices. The Apple apps
are an extension of the digital edition production process detailed above, requiring some additional formatting of
final PDF files. Publishers and catalogers can also choose to redesign their final print pages to better fit the
iPhone and iPad formats.
