SmartCreate automatically creates reliable, consistent normalized PDF files, preflights them and transmits them to your Quad/Graphics Imaging center. SmartCreate removes uncertainty and the technical complexity from the PDF creation process and it's easy to use – installation and training can be completed in one day! We simply install a server at your location that runs as part of your network. Users print directly to SmartCreate from QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign or other applications to create PDF files.

SmartCreate's PDF annotation features streamline the review and approval process, eliminating labor-intensive manual routing of multiple hard copies and consolidating notes from multiple authors. Any user with access can add their comments to the PDF using the mark-up tool. SmartCreate automatically notifies all users that comments have been added. Once you approve the PDFs, files are automatically transmitted in seconds. The system transmits one file at a time in the background to the designated Quad/Graphics production server. Transmission is fast and is handled by the SmartCreate server so it will not tie up your workstation.
