Now that the USPS is requiring more frequent updates of mailing lists for both Standard Class and First Class mailers, QuadData Solutions can help you meet these new requirements with our Move Updates solution. By matching a mailer's address records with customer-filed change-of-address orders, Move Updates help you acquire and keep customers because you make sure your mail reaches them. These periodic updates to your mailing list also save you money by reducing the number of mailpieces that require forwarding or return.

Effective Nov. 23, 2008:

Standard Class mailers must perform Move Updates on their lists every 95 days. Previously, Standard Class mailers were not required to perform Move Updates.

First Class mailers must update their mail lists every 95 days. Previously they were required to perform Move Updates every 185 days.
