Procedures for complying with our Vibration Analysis Standard.

Because motor failure can result in costly equipment downtime, Quad/Graphics has established a Vibration Analysis Standard. Part of our predictive maintenance program, this standard establishes acceptable limits for vibration levels generated by any new and rebuilt rotating machinery and equipment we buy.

Please review our Equipment Vibration Standards and then complete one of the following Motor Repair Information Sheets for each rebuilt motor prior to shipping to Quad/Graphics. You will need to download the document, fill it in and then e-mail it as an attachment to equipmentreports@qg.com.
