Offering employees benefits that go beyond the paycheck.
A comprehensive health and wellness program
- Comprehensive coverage at premiums a fraction of the price regularly paid.
- Convenient access to high-quality healthcare through onsite clinics at five of our plants.
In
addition to primary care, our clinics provide rehabilitation services, pharmacies, as well as
dental and vision care. Employees may also choose to receive services from an extensive network
of preferred providers, or even providers outside the network.
- Onsite fitness centers at our print-production facilities. Fully equipped and staffed by ACE
certified personal trainers, our fitness centers offer free weight loss and exercise advice, as well
as coordinate group exercise classes and recreational leagues and events.
- A health incentive program that financially rewards employees and their spouses for practicing healthy behaviors.
Retirement resources: 401(k) and profit sharing
- Profit sharing — Over the past five years, we’ve contributed, on average, 8% of each employee’s base salary to the profit sharing plan in the form of cash or stock. Our company-contributed profit-sharing plan helps employees prepare for retirement and become owners of the company. A portion of an employee's profit-sharing account may be used to purchase Quad/Graphics common stock, which gives him/her the opportunity to acquire an ownership interest in the company. Employees may self-direct the cash portion of the profit-sharing account. Vesting is based on years of service.
- 401(k) — Through this optional savings plan, employees can contribute up to 50% of their income (within IRS-set limits) before-tax to a 401(k) account and/or after-tax to a Roth 401(k) account. Quad/Graphics matches a portion of the election (30 cents on the dollar up to 6%).
Personal and professional growth opportunities
Through Quad/Education, our in-house education division, we offer a variety of technical, leadership and self-improvement classes to supplement on-the-job training. Meanwhile, collegiate partnerships we have with several Wisconsin technical schools and a generous tuition reimbursement policy afford employees additional opportunities to pursue secondary education.
Onsite conveniences
We offer a number of onsite conveniences for employees, including competitively priced childcare at three of our print-production plants (Lomira, Pewaukee and Sussex, Wis.), dry cleaning, massage, automated teller machines and more.
Out-of-the-ordinary extras
- Reimbursement of adoption expenses
- College scholarships for the children of employees
- Interest-free loans of up to $800 for the purchase of a personal computer
- Dollar-for-dollar matching of employee contributions to non-profit charities through
